Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-09-26. This is a working draft prepared ahead of GigDriverProfit's public launch and has not yet been reviewed by counsel (state/apps/gigdriverprofit.yaml's legal_gate). It describes the product's locked design decisions honestly; wording may still change before launch.

What GigDriverProfit is

GigDriverProfit is a decision-support tool for gig delivery drivers. It reads notifications from gig-platform apps you choose, on your own device, and scores the offers they describe by estimated net profit per hour. It never takes any action on a gig platform on your behalf.

What GigDriverProfit is not

GigDriverProfit does not accept, decline, reject, claim, schedule, or otherwise act on any offer on any platform, in any mode, on any tier. It does not require or store your gig-platform login. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any gig delivery platform.

Honest risk disclosure

Using any third-party tool alongside a gig platform's app carries some risk under that platform's own terms of service, including the possibility of account review or deactivation by the platform. GigDriverProfit is designed to minimize that risk (read-only, no automation, no credentials), but we cannot guarantee how any platform will treat any tool, including this one. You use GigDriverProfit at your own discretion.

Mileage deduction estimates and profit calculations are estimates for your own planning, not tax, legal or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for your specific situation.

Subscriptions

Pro is billed monthly ($4.99) or annually ($39.99) through Google Play Billing. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from Google Play's subscription settings. Refunds follow Google Play's standard policy.

Account termination

You may delete your account and data at any time (Settings → Privacy & Data, or the web form). We may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service or violates these terms.
